The facility was having several issues with holding
temperature and maintaining a clean work environment during the
paint process of their target product. TMI teamed up with outside
engineers to design a new custom air system that would improve
the overall results of the paint finishing process, and increase
productivity.
TMI
proposed and engineered (3) complex air handling units, packaged
with a boiler and chiller system as a turnkey package to the owner.
The air handling units consisted of chilled water cooling, hot
water heating, spray coil type humidification, and a series of
bag type filtration. This was all pre-piped to both pre-package
chiller and boiler assemblies. TMI also engineered a turnkey temperature
and motor controls system.
This
project was built for just in time delivery to accommodate the
installing contractor. Once the installation was complete TMI
sent our engineering and start up technicians to site to bring
the complete system on line.
