Being a true custom manufacturer has provided opportunities like the Detroit Waste Water Project. TMI was commissioned to provide air-handling units that would provide longevity in a highly destructive environment.

Due to the corrosive atmosphere TMI engineers designed units that were made out of 304 stainless steel. All interior components that could not be manufactured out of stainless steel were treated with a corrosion resistant epoxy coating. Motor controls and roof curbs also were provided to insure the longevity of the units.
