The Automotive industry strives to improve efficiency and quality year after year. So when Ford needed a new Engine plant they called on TMI to deliver a quality, efficient custom air system to handle the HVAC needs of their new facility.

The Duratec Engine plant project consisted of 14 Roof Top Units. These units contain direct-fired natural gas heating for 100% efficiency and chilled water-cooling for long-term energy savings. TMI also provided complete temperature and motor control packages to ensure that the components ran at peak operating efficiency.

The Erickson sky crane delivered the pre-piped and pre-wired units to the roof. TMIs use of cranes and helicopter lifts ensures safe and timely installations.
