TMI supplied 59 custom units totaling over 1.5 million cfm of heating and cooling to the new World Engine Facility in Dundee, MI. Maintaining low start up costs and maximizing efficiency was the priority set forth by the client.

Taking the customer's priorities and designing a quality unit that fulfilled their needs was the focus of TMI engineers. The solution was direct fired natural gas heating coupled with 100 Tons of DX Cooling per system.

Being a true “Custom” Air Handling Manufacturer TMI was able to deliver the units pre-piped and pre-wired to a single point connection complete with a Turn Key Ethernet control system. The custom air system only had to be plugged in and the HVAC needs of one of the world's most technologically advanced engine facilities were met.
