does our 24-hour policy mean? Well, we know that equipment can
fail at any hour of the day. When we say 24 hour, we mean it.
In addition, we also are aware that not all schedules facilitate
daytime appointments. As a result, many of our customers utilize
these 24-hour service options to repair or replace existing equipment.
